| 2 oz. | citrus vodka (Skyy or similar) | |
| 1/2 oz. | Cointreau | |
| 1 splash | cranberry juice | |
| 1/2 oz. | lemon juice (fresh squeezed) |
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add all ingredients and shake well - until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon spiral.
Devised by and for Evan Shively, a former chef at Enrico's in San Francisco, this cocktail is a classy update of the familiar (and tired?) Cosmopolitan. Remember, when it comes to cocktails less is more. Think Grace Kelly, not Madonna.
