Ramos Gin Fizz
6 oz. | gin | |
1-1/2 oz. | triple sec | |
3 oz. | orange juice | |
1-1/2 oz. | lime juice (fresh squeezed) | |
6 oz. | half & half | |
3 | egg whites | |
5-6 drops | orange flower water | (if available) |
Blend all ingredients with 6-9 ice cubes. The final texture should be smooth and creamy. Distribute equally into three festive glasses and add a light sprinkle of nutmeg. Orange flower water isn't essential, but if you have it on hand the drink is perfect.
