|1-1/2 oz.||Anejo Rum|
|1/2 oz.||lime juice (fresh squeezed)|
|2 dashes||Angostura Bitters|
|4 - 5 oz.||ginger beer|
Shake all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker half-filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Add ginger beer (we prefer Reeds Extra Brew) and stir.
This is a refreshing island special. Think Bermuda, St. Croix, or the French Antilles.
