Anejo Highball
1-1/2 oz. | Anejo Rum | |
1/2 oz. | Curacao | |
1/2 oz. | lime juice (fresh squeezed) | |
2 dashes | Angostura Bitters | |
4 - 5 oz. | ginger beer |
Shake all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker half-filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Add ginger beer (we prefer Reeds Extra Brew) and stir.
This is a refreshing island special. Think Bermuda, St. Croix, or the French Antilles.
