Fresh Cocktails!

The FlyingCracker test kitchens have been busy over the last few months. We've diligently sampled many concoctions. We've separated the wheat from the chaff. We've avoided throwing out the baby with the bathwater. We've suffered through drinks of questionable parentage and now bring you the latest in quality drinks.

The Lady Luck is our first new cocktail. Invented by our friend, artist/designer Stephen Smith, this one is proving popular at the West End Tavern in Boulder. If you have some Chambord in your liquor cabinet see how she treats you.

Next up is the Anejo Highball, a nice island summer cooler with rum and ginger beer. Just the drink to take you back to St. Barts.

Earlier this month we celebrated the birthday of our good friend Rita Harrington with a cocktail created just for her, the Violet Flag.

For those who think the Negroni is a wee bit strong we suggest the Anno 1960.

And finally we approved two relatively modern drinks, the Mountain Climber (a good use for Tuaca) and the Espresso Martini.

Note that all our cocktails are available for storage in your iPod. Look here for more information.

Try one or all and let us know what you think.
