Jeff's Salsa
8 mediumtomatoes
1 bunchgreen onions
1/2 bunchcilantro
8 to 10serrano peppers
1-1/2 Tbspolive oil
1 oz.lime juice (fresh squeezed)
salt
pepper
Finely chop tomatoes, green onions, serrano peppers, and cilantro (green onions, serrano peppers, and cilantro can be chopped in a food processor with one or two of the tomatoes). Add lime juice and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
