Jeff's Salsa
8 medium | tomatoes | |
1 bunch | green onions | |
1/2 bunch | cilantro | |
8 to 10 | serrano peppers | |
1-1/2 Tbsp | olive oil | |
1 oz. | lime juice (fresh squeezed) | |
salt | ||

Finely chop tomatoes, green onions, serrano peppers, and cilantro (green onions, serrano peppers, and cilantro can be chopped in a food processor with one or two of the tomatoes). Add lime juice and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
