|8 to 10||serrano peppers|
|1-1/2 Tbsp||olive oil|
|1 oz.||lime juice (fresh squeezed)|
Finely chop tomatoes, green onions, serrano peppers, and cilantro (green onions, serrano peppers, and cilantro can be chopped in a food processor with one or two of the tomatoes). Add lime juice and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
